Terms and conditions

All our extensions are handmade so therefore please be patient with us to create them professionally for you. Please do not disturb if your locs are delayed within 3-5 days of fulfillment duration. Since most of the locs are customized in length, shape, coloring, orders may take extra time.

Return and exchange

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do not accept partial order returns or exchanges. Our product are custom handmade, we do our to provide sufficient information, videos, photos, to ensure the highest level of confidence to our customers before they purchase. If there was no production error by company, customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the order back for exchange. If an order mistake was made by our production team, we will issue a return label to have product shipped back to us to correct at no cost to customer. Please send a message if you have any questions or concerns that have not been answered. We reply back to you within 48hrs.

Order changes

If customer request changes to their order while in production, customer may be subject to a fee, or due a credit. If customer order adjustment has a higher price value, an invoice will be sent to customer after order is changed, balance will be credited back to customer as a Efyalocs gift card, which can be used at Efyalocs.com.

Return policy

If there was no production error by company, customer is responsible for shipping cost to return order back for exchange. If an order mistake was made by our production team, we will issue a return label to have product shipped back to us for correction at no cost to customer.
Order Exchange limit is 2 times. Unaltered loc extensions can be exchanged for 2 days after being received. Orders that are returned in exchange for different widths, lengths, or requiring color processing, are subject to additional fees. Fees varies depending on the quantity of locs returned, length and width.

Process for order exchange

Ordering hair to remake your new order. Additional time required to hand make your new order.
Products used to bleach & color your new set of locs. Shipping fee to reship. If there is a balance due to customer after order exchange, balance will be credited back to customer as a Efyalocs gift card. Our products are handmade with love. We do our best to provide sufficient information, videos, photos, to ensure the highest level of confidence to our customers before they purchase.
